Our safety program is designed around creating good work habits within our teams. Our weekly tailgate talks highlight important safety tips. Our weekly safety self-audits ensure our site supervision reviews all the high-risk areas of the job site. Safety auditors confirm on a monthly basis that our teams are being true to our program. Additionally, all these components are part of our performance measurement system for our teams. We practice safety on a daily basis.
Our safety experts routinely offer safety advice to our builders outside the scope of our services as an added service. We look to protect our builders as much as possible.
