Willard Brothers Construction, Inc. (WBC) was incorporated in Florida in January 1990. Building Materials Holding Corporation (BMHC) acquired the company in January 2003. In September 2004, we formed a partnership with A-1 Roof Trusses to unite efforts to offer integrated shell construction services to residential production and custom homebuilders throughout the state. We officially became part of the SelectBuild team in June 2006. As part of BMHC, we have become one of the largest providers of residential construction services across the country.
Our service center is located in Sunrise; the manufacturing truss plant is in Fort Pierce; and 8-divisional offices provide coverage across the state. We are currently serving clients from Miami to Melbourne on the East Coast, from Naples to Tampa on the West Coast, as well as in the Orlando market. We continue to meet production demands in the building industry, safely building a significant part of our future community, one integrated “shell” at a time.
