SelectBuild Chicago Framing is a division of SelectBuild Integrated Construction Services, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Building Materials Holding Corporation. SelectBuild provides construction services to high-volume production homebuilders. Our integrated approach to providing construction services allows builders and developers to focus on other aspects of their business including land and product development, marketing and new home sales.
SelectBuild Chicago Framing serves the greater Chicagoland metropolitan area. Chicago Framing was founded in 1994 by Robert Blose, Edward Levato, and Keith Kotche and was called Residential Carpentry, Inc (RCI). At the beginning of 2005, RCI was acquired by BMHC and renamed to Chicago Framing.
