Mr. Alexander has served as a board director, serving as the Strategy Committee Chair, and was named CEO in 2010. Mr. Alexander is past President and CEO of ORCO Construction Distribution, the largest independent building materials distributor in the Western United States. He previously served as President/CEO or executive positions of several other companies in the technology, retail/distribution and service industries, including GE Capital, ComputerLand/Vanstar, Premiere Global Services and Coast to Coast Hardware. He has led businesses in the U.S. and over 25 countries. He has completed and integrated 41 acquisitions across the globe. Mr. Alexander attended the University of Stockholm, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Street formerly led BMC SELECT as Chief Executive Officer from its 2009 inception as a private company. Prior to that, Mr. Street served as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for BMHC. Mr. Street joined BMHC in 1999 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and has been Chief Administrative Officer since 2001. In his former role he was responsible for the legal affairs of the Company and administrative functions at its corporate office in Boise, Idaho. Prior to that, he served as BMHC's outside General Counsel & Secretary while a partner of the law firm of Moffatt, Thomas, Barrett, Rock & Fields.

Mr. McQuary most recently served as Vice President - Director of Finance for BMHC's operating brands, BMC West and SelectBuild. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Lone Star Plywood & Door Corporation from 1994 until its acquisition by BMC West in 1997. He has held management positions in the building materials distribution industry for the past 15 years and has been involved in various jobs related to the homebuilding industry for most of his business career.
